How the day runs

From arrival to final run, this is how it flows

Arrival: from 7.30am

Please aim to be on site by 8:00 AM. Gates open 07.30am
The latest recommended arrival time is 8:30 AM.
This allows enough time for parking, vehicle checks before the drivers’ briefing.

Parking & Pitting

Arrive together where possible so you can pit with your friends.
Our team will guide you to your parking and pit area on arrival.

Signing on

All drivers must complete signing on before unloading their vehicle. Next of kin details will be required, along with any new drivers sending proof of a valid UK drivers licence in digital format prior to the day.

Drivers Briefing: 08:50am

Drivers’ briefing starts 8:50 AM sharp. Listen out for the car horn to be called over.
Attendance is mandatory for all drivers.
Anyone missing the briefing will not be permitted on track.

Drifting Begins: From 09.00am

Track activity starts at 9:00 AM with the first driver listed on the running order

Lunch break: From 1pm to 2pm

Local, good quality catering van on site serving hot & cold refreshments.

Drifting Ends: 5.00pm

Drifting stops at 5pm Sharp.

End of Day

Any help with tidying the site after 5pm is greatly appreciated.
