About us

At Zoyland Drifting, we bring the thrill of grassroots drifting to life on an old airfield, capturing every high-octane moment with passion and precision.

Since 2008, Zoyland Drifting has been a home for drivers who love the art of drifting. Based at the historic Westonzoyland Airfield in Somerset, we provide a controlled environment where drivers can learn, practise, and enjoy the sport.

What started as Super Sprint Sessions has evolved into Zoyland Drifting as the sport has grown across the UK. Many of the country’s leading drivers have trained here, using the space to refine their skills before stepping into competition.

Our community has always been diverse, from classic builds to fully custom cars. Drivers use Zoyland to develop their machines and their own ability without the risks associated with public roads.

Drifting also builds advanced car control. Many young drivers gain confidence and skills here that help make them safer on the road, particularly in poor weather or unexpected situations. Having a dedicated place to explore the limits of both car and driver helps reduce the temptation to take those risks elsewhere.

Zoyland is not a public event. We are a private group of drivers, and the community has grown naturally through word of mouth. We value learning, skill, and respect for others above crowds or competition.

We are active on social media - particularly Instagram - where footage from past and present drift days can be seen. It’s a way to share progress, showcase cars, and celebrate what the community continues to build together.

Today, Zoyland Drifting is more than a track. It is a place for drivers to learn, improve, and enjoy drifting responsibly while developing skills that last far beyond the airfield.
